Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Kelly Ann Garnett LLC ("Kelly," "we," "us") collects through kellyanngarnett.com and related pages, quizzes, booking pages and emails (together, the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect
Information you give us
Contact details: your name, email address and, if you provide it, phone number, when you take a quiz, fill in a form, book a session or email us.
Quiz answers and results: the answers you choose and the result you receive.
Booking details: the date and time you choose, your time zone and anything you write in the booking form.
Coaching information: what you choose to share before, during and after sessions, including information about your relationships and personal history.
Purchase details: what you bought, the amount and the date. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processors. We do not see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, the page that referred you, and approximate location based on IP address.
Cookies and similar technologies: small files and pixels that keep the Site working, measure visits and, where used, measure the results of our advertising. See section 4.
2. How we use your information
To send you the quiz results, guides or other free resources you asked for.
To schedule, hold and follow up on sessions.
To deliver coaching programs and other things you buy, and to process payment.
To send emails about our content, programs and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To answer your questions and requests.
To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
To protect the Site against spam, fraud and misuse.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do their work:

Google reCAPTCHA: Protects forms from spam
Each provider handles your information under its own privacy policy. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We may also share information with technical and professional advisers who support the business under a duty of confidentiality, when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
The Site uses cookies that are needed for it to work, and cookies and pixels that measure visits and advertising. Google Analytics and the Meta pixel may collect information about your visits to this Site and other sites over time. Meta may use that information to show you our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
Your choices:
Use the cookie banner on the Site, where shown, to decline non-essential cookies.
Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may then work less well.
Install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Change your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
Do Not Track. Browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for how to respond, so the Site does not currently respond to these signals.
5. Coaching confidentiality
What you share in coaching is treated as confidential. We do not share it with anyone except with your permission, in a form that does not identify you, or where the law requires disclosure or there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else. Sessions are recorded only if you agree first. We publish a testimonial only with your permission.
Coaching is not a medical or mental-health service, and the privacy rules that apply to healthcare providers, such as HIPAA, do not apply to it.
6. How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above. Contact-list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Client and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
7. Your choices and requests
Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us.
See, correct or delete your information: email kelly@kellyanngarnett.com. We will confirm it is you and respond within 30 days. We may keep information we are legally required to keep.
California residents. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with other companies for their own direct marketing. You may contact us with any request about your information at the address below.
8. Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and password-protected accounts. No website or email system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.
9. Children
The Site and our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
10. Visitors from outside the United States
We are based in California, and our providers store information in the United States. If you use the Site from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
11. Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites and social media. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. For significant changes we will also email the people on our list.
